We work with a number of local home builders, providing ideas for upgraded electrical packages, utilizing the newest products and special lighting layouts. We give personal consultations with the home owner when coordinated with the builder. Our work is admired for neatness and efficiency by all our inspectors, and appreciated by our customers for our innovative use of new products.

Landscape Lighting
From layout design to finished installation, Zap Electric Inc can give your new home a lighting showcase, highlighting your plantings, and yard designs. Or if you need security and safety, we can recommend and install LED spotlights, sensors, and pathway lighting to compliment your outdoors.

Upgrade Service and Panels
Air conditioning, electric ranges, hot water tanks and heating, and dedicated lines for computers and appliances require a lot more amperage than homes of fifty years ago. We can do a safety check and replace of your meter box, entrance cable, panel box and breaker circuits if needed, as well as add whole house surge protection to safeguard your expensive devices.

As of 2023, Zap Electric will be devoted to new construction and service entrances only. We are sorry to say goodbye to our many loyal home owner customers, and appreciate your past loyalty to making our company a success.
